Nondissecting vertebral fusiform aneurysm: embolization using wire- directed detachable balloons

The authors report the embolization of an unruptured nondissecting vertebral fusiform aneurysm using a new silicone detachable balloon that they have developed, which is advanced without inflation over a guide wire.
