Cranial rhabdoid tumor with marginal tumor cystic component and extraaxial extension

We report the radiologic findings in a case of primary central nervous system malignant rhabdoid tumor with a cystic marginal component in a 4- month-old infant. Marginal tumoral cysts are unusual in tumors other than esthesioneuroblastoma.
