Carotid Ophthalmic Aneurysm Rupture After Parent Vessel Occlusion

Summary: We report causes leading to and rupture of a carotid ophthalmic aneurysm after treatment by parent vessel occlusion. The aneurysm was initially symptomatic but unruptured.
