A tumor of the left infratemporal fossa, with intra-tumoral calcifications (arrowheads), can be seen. The lesion is invading the left temporal muscle and the left greater wing of the sphenoid bone (arrow). Histologically, it is a spindle cell monophasic synovial sarcoma.
