FIG 1. Selective right internal maxillary digital subtraction arteriogram shows multiple small, irregular, opacified lesions in the nasal mucosa, in keeping with telangiectasias. Arrows indicate typical injection sites with the needle placed along a lesion and then directed submucosally under the lesion. The bleomycin mixture is then injected until blanching of the overlying mucosa and telangiectasia is seen.
