Fig 1. RT-PCR data. The bands reveal that endothelin and caveolin are underexpressed in aneurysms, whereas VCAM-1, MMP-2, MMP-9, and TIMP-2 are overexpressed in aneurysms. ß-Actin is the control that is equally expressed in both the aneurysm and the control.
