Fig 1. A, Axial CT scan demonstrates slight hyperattenuation of the cerebellar vermis with surrounding symmetric low attenuation involving the medial aspects of both cerebellar hemispheres. B, Axial FLAIR image shows symmetric patchy T2 hyperintense areas involving the medial aspects of both cerebellar hemispheres and the intervening cerebellar vermis. C, Postcontrast coronal T1-weighted image demonstrates a 3.0 x 2.0 x 2.5 cm mass located in the anterosuperior aspect of the cerebellar vermis with extension into the medial aspects of both cerebellar hemispheres. There is another smaller contrast-enhancing lesion in the superior aspect of the right cerebellar hemisphere, measuring 1.6 x 1.0 x 0.8 cm (arrow).
