Fig 5. Laryngeal cartilage sclerosis. Axial postcontrast CT scan at the level of the true vocal cord shows sclerosis of the right arytenoid cartilage (arrow), associated with thickening of the true vocal cord. This finding is suggestive of cartilaginous invasion or perichondrial reaction.
