Fig 6. Arytenoid sclerosis in laryngeal carcinoma. Axial CT scan with bone windows shows a sclerotic right arytenoid cartilage (arrow) in a patient with true vocal cord cancer. Despite the sclerosis, there was no evidence of cartilaginous invasion on histology.
