Six days after treatment, the patient presented with a hypoaesthesia of the right hand. T2-weighted MR image (C) reveals perianeurismal edema with slight mass effect, which was bright on ADC maps (D), indicating vasogenic edema. Symptoms and MR imaging findings completely resolved within 5 days.
