C and D, Similar axial sections were used to indicate the anatomic locations of the tracts. Coherent and uninterrupted pathways were obtained for both pre- and postoperative tractograms. Postoperatively, the ipsilateral corticospinal tract returns to near-normal anatomic position and becomes more symmetric with respect to the contralateral tract.
