Fig 2. Pathology smears from surgical specimen. The lesion is composed of sheets of large cells with prominent glassy, eosinophilic cytoplasm and prominent red nucleoli. Mitotic activity was minimal. Hematoxylin-eosin stain, original magnification x250.
