B, Axial FLAIR image shows symmetric patchy T2 hyperintense areas involving the medial aspects of both cerebellar hemispheres and the intervening cerebellar vermis. C, Postcontrast coronal T1-weighted image demonstrates a 3.0 x 2.0 x 2.5 cm mass located in the anterosuperior aspect of the cerebellar vermis with extension into the medial aspects of both cerebellar hemispheres. There is another smaller contrast-enhancing lesion in the superior aspect of the right cerebellar hemisphere, measuring 1.6 x 1.0 x 0.8 cm (arrow).
