Lesions in the basal ganglia and in the mesencephalon are visualized on the isotropic DWIs obtained at b = 3000 and b = 1500, which are not seen at lower b-values (i, b = 3000 s/mm2; ii, b = 1500 s/mm2; iii, b = 700 s/mm2; iv, b = 350 s/mm2).
