Carotid-Cochlea Dehiscence
- Very rare entity, with around 11 cases reported
- Key Imaging Features Bony defect between basal turn of cochlea and carotid canal
- Often asymptomatic and noted incidentally. Sometimes attributed as a cause of pulsatile tinnitus.
- Rx: Most often incidental — no treatment necessary
