An 18-month-old child with minor trauma. No fractures anywhere else. Past history of cephalhematoma and bleeding from umbilical cord as a newborn.
A 70-year-old woman—status: post partial hepatectomy with vascular reconstruction for hilar cholangiocarcinoma, status: post emergent ligation of gastric branch of hepatic artery—with altered mental status
An 86-year-old woman presented with generalized tonic-clonic seizures. Her past history included similar convulsive episodes, along with waxing/waning mental status changes during the last year. She had a nonfocal neurological examination and was oriented x0. Blood tests were unremarkable, and CSF was abnormal with raised protein.
A 44-year-old woman with recurrent painful infection of the left cheek and extrusion of "cheesy"-appearing material. Long-standing history of facial discoid lupus.
