A 21-year-old man with gradual onset, slowly progressive, spastic weakness of his left upper/lower limbs over the last 2 years. He had a normal lab, workup including CSF, and no sensory deficit or ataxia by neurological examination.
A 51-year-old man, diagnosed with Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia 15 years prior, presented with progressive memory loss and episodes of spatial disorientation for the past 2 months.
A 2 year-old girl with a history of warm, reddish cutaneous and subcutaneous masses on both sides of her face, developmental delay, and poor vision.
A 35-year-old man with a 1 year history of left, upper extremity numbness. He also experienced a progressive burning sensation, which then involved the entire T10-T11 dermatome.
A 57-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who presented with a 1-month history of vertigo, nausea, vomiting, and sensorineural hearing loss.

A 23-year-old woman with a known case of multiple congenital cardiac anomalies and liver cirrhosis presented with 1-week history of abdominal distention, vomiting, and constipation. She was admitted as a case of bacterial peritonitis. During her admission, she became confused and unable to follow commands.
