A 41-year-old woman with a repeated headache for 7 years following resection of a left atrial myxoma. The headache intensified for a month.

A 19-year-old man presented to the emergency department with an intraoral mass 3 days after an episode of emesis. The patient denied pain, bleeding, fever, and odynophagia. Oroscopy revealed a smooth and regularly shaped pedunculated mass in the left tonsil, with no ulceration and no signs of hemorrhage. There were no palpable lymph nodes on physical examination.
A 52-year-old man presented to the emergency department with sensory level at the right side of the chest below the nipple line with weakness and a tingling sensation in the right leg which gradually progressed to the left leg over 24–48 hours. The patient had a recent history of deep-sea diving.
A 25-year-old woman with history of progressive painless deterioration of vision (right greater than left) and amenorrhea
A 42-year-old man with 4 days of subacute confusion, memory disturbances, and ataxia. History is significant for metastatic renal cell carcinoma diagnosed 2 years prior, s/p 4 cycles of nivolumab immunologic therapy ending 2 weeks prior to presentation. Initial MRI was unremarkable. MRI 1 month after presentation demonstrated the following:
A 76-year-old man with recurrence of aphonia, chronic nonproductive cough, and right vocal fold paralysis in the otolaryngology exam
A 53-year-old man with complaints of right lower limb stiffness, gait unsteadiness, urinary urgency, and bilateral hearing impairment for last 4 months
A 3-year-old girl with a progressive comatose state 3 hours following a simple febrile seizure; also had upper respiratory tract infection and tested positive for flu
