AB Hemangiomas are the most common tumor of the head and neck in children, including intracranial neoplasms. Capillary hemangioma in turn is the commonest type of hemangioma. Our case establishes that its anatomic distribution may include the intracranial compartment. We were unable to distinguish capillary hemangioma from meningioma based on imaging findings alone.
