AB  - We report two infants with Werdnig-Hoffmann disease diagnosed by means of spinal MR imaging, histopathologic examination of muscle biopsy specimens, cloned DNA analysis, electrophysiological examination, and clinical history. The MR findings were consistent with previous histopathologic reports.
