The results were compared with findings at conventional MR angiography and digital subtraction angiography. Adjacent vessels were seen better in 36% of patients imaged with the new technique. Both MR angiographic methods detected residual cerebral aneurysmal perfusion with a tendency to overestimate the patent portion of the aneurysm. ER -
