Herein, we share the results of this study that showed that the image processing improved the confidence of radiologists in detecting mesial temporal sclerosis–related signal alteration, allowing an improved sensitivity, specificity, and interobserver reliability.MTSmesial temporal sclerosisSIsignal intensity
