We tried intravenous (IV) 3D DSA in patients who had undergone MR angiography (MRA) suggestive of unruptured intracranial aneurysms. IV 3D DSA can be used as an alternative method for imaging unruptured intracranial aneurysms suggested on MRA. ER -
