AB SUMMARY: 3D rotational angiography provides remarkable spatial resolution for cerebrovascular disorders; however, it cannot be integrated directly into gamma knife planning due to the discrepancy of DICOM “tag” information, and most physicians still cannot benefit from 3D rotational angiography.
