J. Neuroradiol.1998 Nov 01; 19 AB - We present a case of subarachnoid hemorrhage attributed to rupture of an aneurysm 18 months after endovascular occlusion. The aneurysm was diagnosed after the patient had a seizure; however, there was no evidence of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Angiography at 6 months revealed a totally occluded aneurysm. This case illustrates that the long-term results of endovascular occlusion remain uncertain.
