We present the cases of 2 patients with intraprocedural aneurysmal rupture in which ACT enabled the neuroradiologist to rapidly assess the extent of bleeding during endovascular treatment. Additionally, ACT revealed pronounced rebleeding within the time between conventional CT and onset of treatment. In the management of aneurysmal rupture during coil embolization, ACT may be a valuable adjunct. ER -
