A 25-year-old man underwent surgical resection for recurrent meningioma. Surgical resection was uneventful except for fluctuation in blood pressure and heart rate due to which operation had to be staged for a later date. The patient underwent MRI of the brain and orbits for bilateral painless blurry vision 2 weeks later.
