Coronal T1WI (A), coronal T2WI (B), contrast-enhanced coronal T1WI (C), and contrast-enhanced sagittal T1WI (D) demonstrate a sellar-based mass lesion expanding the sella and extending into the suprasellar compartment resulting in a “snowman” appearance to the mass. The optic chiasm is not well visualized, likely thinned and draped over the lesion. The mass is seen to superiorly displace the A1 segments of both anterior cerebral arteries. There is no cavernous sinus invasion.
