Nonenhanced axial head CT (A–C) shows no visible parenchymal lesions. Axial contrast-enhanced T1 (D-F) shows numerous small focal lesions involving the cerebral hemispheres, brain stem, and cerebellum. These lesions have solid nodular and ring-enhancing patterns with no significant mass effect or surrounding edema.
