A 23-year-old woman with a known case of multiple congenital cardiac anomalies and liver cirrhosis presented with 1-week history of abdominal distention, vomiting, and constipation. She was admitted as a case of bacterial peritonitis. During her admission, she became confused and unable to follow commands.
