A 58-year-old man with persistent lower back pain radiating down the right leg. He also reports loss of sensation along his posterior thigh, leg, and the lateral portion of his foot.
A 65-year-old man with a history of alcoholism suffered minor trauma. An unenhanced CT was performed (A). One-year interval follow-up (B) showed mild progression, leading to MRI (C - F).
A 47-year-old woman with a previous history of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo presented with sudden onset of hearing loss in the left ear followed by vertigo.
A 53-year-old man, with a history of medulloblastoma surgically removed and subjected to radiation therapy at 18-months-old. He presented to the emergency department with sudden onset of difficulty in verbal articulation and muscle weakness of the left hemibody.
