A 64-year-old woman presented with anosmia, history of headaches, ageusia, and ventilatory insufficiency prompting referral by her general practitioner. The rhinoscopic evaluation showed the presence of necrotic polypoid lesion originating from the sphenoethmoidal recess.
A 65 year old man, with a past history of SCC of the right pinna, presented with formication around the right ear and external auditory canal.
