    Acute infarcts and microhemorrhages. Axial diffusion (A and B) and gradient-echo (C and D) sequences in a 61-year-old man with COVID-19 infection. There are acute infarcts within the bilateral cerebral white matter (blue arrows) and a left occipital hemorrhagic infarct (orange arrow).
